Erased

So I was visiting one of my favorite blogs that was recently redesigned. Thought I would click on all of the links to see what hidden Easter Eggs there might be. That's when I discovered that I had been erased. *SIGH* My blog is no longer listed. Should this bother me? I know it will effect the number of visitors to my site as I used to see how many people clicked over from his blog. But does it matter? It's not about popularity, but of course it does feel good to see lots of hits every day/week. And even better when people take the time to comment.

Do you comment on people's blogs? You should. Even if it's something as small as occassionally saying, "Thanks for the entertaining blog." It makes the blogger feel good.

So, I used this to spur me into cleaning up my blog list, I knew I had some links that were no longer active so I cleaned them out. But I need suggestions on other good blogs to read and link. Any suggestions?

On a different note, I need help from the geek world. When I click on a link that opens a secondary window, that window opens but fails. I always have to click the red x to stop, then click the go button to make it open in that new window. Now I realize that this is some type of pop-up protection of some sort, but I have disabled and in some cases uninstalled all of my pop-up blocker software and even temporarily disabled my virus software just to see what was causing the problem. Any suggestions on how to fix this? It is extremely annoying and in some cases it stops me from accessing some sites.
